About Mysk Baby

Mysk Baby is a UK baby-equipment shop. We sell a deliberately small range — pushchairs, i-Size car seats, high chairs, carriers, cots, monitors and the things you push, carry and strap a small child into every day — and we try to describe all of it accurately enough that you can make the decision yourself.

How we choose what to stock

We stock brands that publish their own safety data and keep spare parts available: Stokke, BabyBjörn, Cybex, Maxi-Cosi, Britax Römer, Joie, Ergobaby, hauck, Thule, Chicco, Babymoov, Owlet, BabyDan and Globber. That is the whole test. Nothing here is stocked because a brand paid for placement.

How we write our listings

Every measurement, weight limit, age range and safety approval on this site was taken from the manufacturer's own published information, and we say which standard each product is sold under. Where a brand publishes no standard for a product, we say that instead of implying one — a learning tower with an FSC certificate and no EN number gets described exactly that way.

Where two sources disagree, we do not quietly pick the flattering number. The BabyBjörn Baby Carrier Mini, for example, is safety-tested and approved to 11 kg, but BabyBjörn's own recommendation is to stop around 8 kg because of back support for the wearer. Both figures are on the listing, because either one alone would mislead you.

On prices

Prices are set from what the product actually sells for at UK retailers. Where you see a was-price, it is a genuine published RRP from the brand or a major retailer. Where we cannot evidence a higher list price, we show no strikethrough at all — even where a strikethrough would help us sell.

On reviews

We have none yet, and we will not borrow anyone else's. When customers have bought and lived with these products, their reviews will appear here through a verified-buyer system that only people who actually ordered can write in. Imported or invented reviews are illegal in the UK under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, and they would tell you nothing useful anyway.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend: 1–2 business days for us to pack, then 2–4 business days with Royal Mail, so 3–6 business days in total. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, on top of your statutory 14-day cancellation right, and a prepaid return label is already in the box. There is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return arriving.
