Questions parents ask
How long will delivery take?
1–2 business days for us to pick and pack, then 2–4 business days with Royal Mail. That is 3–6 business days in total, and it is free on every order with no minimum spend.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to return anything for a refund, on top of your statutory 14-day cancellation right. A prepaid return label is already in your parcel, so returns cost you nothing. We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.
Is the car seat I want right for my child?
Every car seat listing states the UN R129 (i-Size) approval, the exact height range in centimetres, the maximum weight and whether an ISOFIX base is included or sold separately. Check your child's height against that range first — i-Size seats are chosen by height, not age. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.
Are your prices the real price?
Yes. Where a product shows a was-price, that is a genuine published RRP from the brand or a major retailer. If we cannot evidence a higher list price, we show no strikethrough at all — even where that makes the offer look less exciting.
Do you have customer reviews?
Not yet, and we will not borrow anyone else's. As soon as real customers have bought and used these products, their reviews will appear here through a verified-buyer system. Anything else would be inventing trust we have not earned.
